About the Authors
Crystal Dubois and Laura Kiviharju are members of the Tax & Legal Working Group at Women in Web3 Switzerland (WiW3CH). Both bring deep expertise in cross-border tech law, AI governance, and digital assets regulation. Crystal Dubois is an attorney-at-law at Bonnard Lawson, advising on AI, blockchain (DLT), data protection, intellectual property, and tech-driven commercial and regulatory law. She assists startups, SMEs and established companies in structuring their projects, assessing legal risks, and providing ongoing legal representation in tech-driven matters. Laura Kiviharju is an independent certified lawyer and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer specializing in legal compliance of emerging technologies, incl. data protection, cybersecurity and Al governance.
